Return & Refund Policy

Each of our products — from embroidered shrugs to hand-drawn sketches — is made with care, love, and attention to detail by a young artist. Because of the handmade and unique nature of our work, we have a few simple return guidelines.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The item was damaged during shipping

If your order meets these conditions, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll review your case and do our best to resolve it quickly — either by replacing the product or providing a refund.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Because each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Minor variations in color, embroidery, or sketch details (these are natural in handcrafted items)
  • Products that have been worn, used, or altered after delivery

Please understand that small imperfections are a hallmark of genuine handcraftsmanship, not defects.


3. Process for Returns

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  1. Email us at nathivas.arts@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, photos of the product, and a short description of the issue.
  3. Once reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the return process.

Please note:

  • Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • You may be asked to ship the item back to us using a reliable courier.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • In some cases, we may offer store credit or a replacement product instead of a refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item).


5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them — provided they haven’t entered the processing stage.
  • Once an order is being prepared or shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated time:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company or payment provider (it may take some time before your refund is posted).
  • If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at nathivas.arts@gmail.com and we’ll help.
